Leah Bueno, DOMP, COMT, MMP

Sports Rehab Osteopath

Dance Rehabilitaiton Specialist

Former Sacramento Ballet Company Therapist

Hi! I’m Leah, founder of Performance Health & Rehab. I started this practice on the belief that every person deserves not just to recover from injury, but to feel strong, resilient, and able to keep doing the things they love.

Unfortunately, as a professional dancer, I experienced many injuries throughout my career. Luckily, I had the opportunity to rehabilitate in different countries and experience a wide variety of care approaches. It was the Osteopathic approach to rehab, looking at the whole body, that ultimately helped me heal chronic injuries no one else could figure out. This is where my passion for holistic rehab began.

At Performance Health & Rehab, our approach looks at the whole body to uncover the root cause of pain or dysfunction. That shoulder pain, hip stiffness, or back issue may all be connected, and it’s our job to identify those links. By combining European-style osteopathy, Pilates-based therapy, and performance training, we don’t just treat symptoms; we help you build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.

My dream has always been to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and truly cared for. A place where rehab and performance meet, and where you’re guided through the full journey: from injury care, to recovery, to becoming stronger than before. Thank you for trusting us with your care.

Lauryn Mann, BS

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Dance & Athletic Performance Specialist

Hi, I’m Lauryn! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. As a dancer myself, I recognized that dance strength and conditioning and specific rehabilitation were an underdeveloped field, and knew that was something I wanted to pursue.

In addition, I am currently an award-winning choreographer and the Tap instructor. I have developed dance stretch and strength programs where I aim to educate dancers on the importance of building strength and training mobility together. This role has given me firsthand experience into the importance of training for injury prevention for young dancers and how it can affect their training later in life.

I am passionate about bringing the strength and conditioning world and the dance world together to create awareness over how important it is for dancers to partake in preventative care.

Loralei Greco

Community Engagement Manager

Hi, I’m Loralei! I hold a degree in Business Marketing and have a background in social media marketing, content strategy, and brand storytelling. As the Community Engagement Manager at Performance Health & Rehab, I focus on building relationships with the local dance and movement community through studio partnerships, workshops, education, and outreach. I also lead content creation for Performance Pilates and Rehab, producing educational and community-focused content that helps dancers better understand their bodies, training, and recovery.

Alongside my professional work, I am a ballet dancer and dance instructor with experience teaching students of all ages and levels. Being both a teacher and performer has given me firsthand insight into the physical and mental demands dancers face, as well as the importance of building strength, body awareness, and resilience to support long, healthy careers in dance.

I am passionate about helping make evidence-based performance and rehab education more accessible, relatable, and empowering for dancers. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of Performance Pilates and Rehab and to support studios, dancers, and families in the community while helping connect them with resources that allow them to move, perform, and thrive.
